At BloomChic, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece; if you aren't completely satisfied, you can return your items within 45 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Start Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Choose your preferred return method and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the return shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
